@abbie_smithhh You know how these things work right? No evidence will be in the public domain..yet. it would go against Middlesbrough fc if they leaked their findings
2 weeks on, Boro yet to leak any evidence Saints actually knew about the boy doing it…if the country haven’t realised we haven’t actually been found guilty spying yet😂 heads are gone, Boro still crying they lost
@adneto11@SkySportsNews@EFL So to be clear…all agree to cheat, to all trust one another to not tell a soul/family/friends risk their jobs, conduct a plan, for the sake of breaching a rule for some PHONE footage, literally risking their livelihoods for what gain? I do believe he acted alone. It’s not ok no
@abbie_smithhh@SkySportsNews@EFL So you seriously think a bloke and no he's not a kid...has went off his own back to view and record and share footage of the team trying without any one else at Southampton knowing or organising it seriously grasping at straws here
I really worry a poor decision from a young man pulling out his phone is going to end up in him being dead. His head must be an absolute mess. Hope @SkySportsNews@EFL all other media outlets that have caused this frenzy remember men’s mental health they keep preaching about.
@adneto11@SkySportsNews@EFL I do yes. But I’ll be clear, we deserve punishment for what he did, IF he was sent. Someone from Boro have an actual convo without arguing..do you believe people of senior roles would sit in a room, come up with the idea and ALL agree and then ALL agree to trust one another…
@CallumJones0@davetait1981 Oop Callum’s back again 🎣 did I say that or did I ask why nones been released? Still wondering btw…the picture holding a phone, the Russians will snap him right up I’m telling ya
@davetait1981@abbie_smithhh Don’t worry, she was saying last week it wasn’t true because Middlesbrough hadn’t shown her the cctv, lack brain cells down south apparently
@abbie_smithhh@SkySportsNews@EFL He pulled out his phone? Yes after a 5 hour journey up and back, it’s not exactly a split second decision now is it? Let’s add to this that the picture shows him on the phone but not the additional equipment he packed away before running a good mile to get away
@RobCragz@SkySportsNews@EFL Hi Rob any evidence of this?? Apart from a coffee receipt? Your narrative to spin a 600 round trip..he stayed in Middlesborough 300 miles away where our club also trained…2 days before a match…stop being silly, until you’ve got facts stop trying to make them up
@abbie_smithhh@SkySportsNews@EFL He's a junior member of the Southampton coaching staff and undertook a 600+ miles round trip round trip to video Boros training session. It's pre-meditated sporting espionage, which can only have been sanctioned by the clubs player management. Screw him - he knew the stakes...
@mr_cargan@SkySportsNews@EFL@awfulclub Any confirmation or evidence the club sent him?? Bored of replying the same thing to you lot….once the facts are out I’ll say I completely agree but as of right now not one bit of evidence suggests he was sent by the club not even your coffee receipt
@helieboro@SkySportsNews@EFL Any proof of the club sending him Helen??? Still waiting…your club haven’t, they’ve leaked all they’ve got which is pretty much nothing…a coffee receipt an a picture
@TonyTho35886934@abbie_smithhh@SkySportsNews@EFL She’s a child mentally mate.
Lost count of how many of their fans are the same.
Embarrassment of a fanbase tbh bar a few sensible one they’re all seemingly of extremely low intelligence
@ExileAryui@SkySportsNews@EFL I don’t disagree…again I’m not denying that he did it. But the national reaction which has come from it, one man’s mistake - not just loss of his job, but fan bases, media, news etc I’ve never seen a blow up like it. Not even with City’s cheating…I worry about his wellbeing
@abbie_smithhh@SkySportsNews@EFL Regardless if he did this on his own back or the club were involve. But at the end of the day it was HIS choice to gain an advantage against teams by cheating. He chose to observe opponents 72 hours before the game. His choice. Now he has the consequences to deal with.
@abbie_smithhh@SCOLLLLL@GreySpectre82@SkySportsNews@EFL Take it from someone who has a daughter with a Sports Science degree and years of experience in multiple league clubs. Analysts use far lesser cameras on cheap DJI drones at altitude to record practice games for analysis.
@abbie_smithhh@GreySpectre82@SCOLLLLL@SkySportsNews@EFL What false narrative?
I know everyone will have signed EFL contracts because I have family who have worked in an EFL club. Even interns sign them. It’s a requirement for staff to be involved in first team games, and this lad definitely was.
@Matt78741515@SkySportsNews@EFL “Rotten to the core” you sure🧐 would expect a little more from a middle aged bloke on here than trying to be abusive over a keyboard🤭 sad that
