Would not book a flight / holiday with @loveholidays again. Cancelled my flight 3 weeks ago and put on a completely different one. Can’t get through or speak to anyone about it and have had no progress in changing it. Just passed from team to team with nothing done! Awful

@loveholidays Hi I have dmd and emailed plenty of times this morning, the only reply I have had is telling me I need to pay £1000 more for a flight i did not change. Please can someone get in touch with me to sort this!
