I’m sorry if I seem out of it lately. My mental health is currently at one of the lowest points it has ever been. I feel like I’m in a deep dark pit and I can’t get out of it. Every day has been a struggle. But I don’t want to give up and I want to try my best to get better so

After a long time of wondering, research, being told “no you don’t have ADHD”, yesterday I finally received my official ADHD diagnosis. I’m 26 but thanks I guess lol 🧵
