As the cold weather sets in, local Oban crews and the CAT Team delivered Ice Safety workshop sessions at Lochnell Primary and Oban High. Firefighter Ben Pollock led an engaging talk with S1 pupils. Great work by everyone! #IceSafety @fire_scot @abc_OCTF @WaterSafetyScot

P6 enjoyed developing our watercolour skills today. We were inspired by artist Jen Aranyi and created some winter watercolour art. We were blending and mixing cool colours for our sky. Lots of creative fun!

This week, WC McGloin & CSA McLean Fleming attended Argyll & Bute’s Youth Voice Conference at the council HQ, Kilmory Castle. We joined a panel where young people asked local leaders questions and shared ideas to improve the lives of young people across AB. @fire_scot @abc_OCTF

Arrochar Primary has one of the best views in Argyll and Bute. Snow on Ben Lomond and a new gate installed to give our pupils easier access to the shore. What a fabulous place to live and work!

⭐ WORLD CHILDREN'S DAY ❤️ P4 joined an online OutRight Campaign today with UNICEF to Celebrate World Children’s Day Today marks the anniversary of UNCRC Articles being introduced and we also learned about international aid @abc_OCTF - Connected & Lifelong Learners @UNICEF_uk

P5 made the most of the sunshine this afternoon and took our maths learning outdoors. We worked on our position and movement skills by directing one another around the playground. Only accurate directions lead each partner to the finish mark!
