This year, I was appointed to The Queen Elizabeth Memorial Committee by UK Government & Royal Household as one of seven asked to develop, consult & advise on national memorial & legacy programme(s) to Queen Elizabeth II, marking her 70-year Reign & life of public service.

Queen Elizabeth was our longest-reigning monarch.  Next month the Government will unveil plans for her memorial, including a legacy programme which will benefit people across the UK.  Chair of the Queen Elizabeth Memorial Committee, Robin Janvrin, explains more.

We’ve been working closely with number of stakeholders to develop these plans & continue to work on the legacy programme design. The 5 finalists were asked to design a concept that celebrates late Queen’s extraordinary life of service & provides public with space for reflection.

Yesterday we launched a public online exhibition showcasing the five potential design concepts for the site of the Queen Elizabeth II Memorial site in St James’s Park.
