#chromosome #telomere Genome Assembly result. 1 Chromosome/scaffold has false telomere joining of 2 contigs due to chromosome size of more than 90Mb. 1 chromosome: 2 telomere contigs Manually difficult to separate or cut the Telomere contigs. Anybody can suggest to me any tool?
