I have successfully defended my Master’s thesis! 🎓
“A Data-Driven Study of Predictive Analytics for Improving Project Delivery Outcomes.”
At its core, this research explored a fundamental question: Can project delays be predicted early enough to prevent them?
Using real-world IT project data, I applied machine learning techniques to identify early warning signals for schedule delays. This gives project teams the opportunity to take action before issues escalate.
I built and compared multiple predictive models to determine which approaches are most effective at detecting risks in the early stages. The goal was straightforward: to shift from reactive problem-solving to proactive, data-driven decision-making.
Beyond the technical aspects, this experience strengthened my ability to translate complex analyses into insights that stakeholders can easily understand and apply.
I am now looking to apply this work in a professional setting, particularly in roles focused on data analytics, project performance, and decision support. If you work in this field or are hiring for these areas, I would love to connect.

Innalillahi wa Inna ilaihi rajiun.😭 Today, one of my students from Ramat Polytechnic, Maiduguri, impressed me with his confidence during a presentation. His classmates were cheering him on, unaware that he had only an hour left to live. On leaving the school, he was hit and killed by a car. Life is indeed unpredictable; death is inevitable. May Almighty Allah forgive him and grant him Al-Jannah Firdausi. Ameen.
I don't know that they are videoing me.
