Glad we were able to bring this to light and the publicity was too much for the miner who quit the permit. Agree that an exploration permit should have never been issued in the world heritage area.

Most of the big mining companies are Aussie - including Taranaki seabed miner TTR - set to take the lions share of value and leave us with the acid mine drainage, cyanide laden tailings dams, destroyed seabed and extinct wildlife. We can’t mine our way to a liveable planet.
