@KKeefer120 Sup keefer. Idk if this counts but I went to a usac bmx jr development camp at the Olympic training center when I was 14-15 and I learned a litney of valuable information about recovery, nutrition, and scheduling. Also some decent social skills.

Serious question. I see all of these moto training camps that charge a decent amount of money. For those that have gone to these MX camps, are they worth going? Did you actually take away anything that you use today?
