I just delivered a motion design explainer video for a SaaS client and honestly, this is the kind of work I love doing. Shoutout to the team at EaseMyExpo (easemyexpo.in) for trusting me with this project. 🙌 If you're in the exhibition or events space, go check them out , they're building something really useful. SaaS products are powerful. But most users don't understand them in the first 10 seconds. This form of stealing work is out of hand. Here’s how they do it: They’ll post the work of someone else without crediting the originating source in the first tweet. They think they save themselves by hiding the credit in the comments, knowing most won’t see it. But when someone comments praising them for the work, they’ll say “thanks” despite the fact it’s not even theirs. These posts are literally EVERYWHERE right now.

Prompt engineering was doomed to fail from the start. The way we talk to agents doesn't matter anymore. Context is the real problem. Context engineering will be one of the most important skills for years to come.

Is AI being designed to fail? Everyone talks about reasoning. But when given a task, the AI isn't reasoning the way you might expect. It looks at your input, finds the closest match it's seen before, and predicts the most likely next action. That process is called vector similarity search. It's genuinely powerful. It's also not the same thing as understanding what you actually meant. Think of a plumber who hears the word "leak" and starts pulling up floorboards before you've finished the sentence. He's not being careless. He's pattern-matching - that's exactly how he was trained. Your AI agent is doing the same thing. Context is the one thing that gets deprioritized when teams are racing to ship. But without it, you don't have an intelligent agent. You have a very fast guesser. Similarity ≠ relevance. How? He told me point-blank: "I challenge you to tell me something I can't build using AI." I tried to explain, but I couldn't find the right words.
