@dggoldst @paulnovosad I found tabula worked best for me, although I was using the r wrapper! You’ll still need to process a lot of the output tho

(In Berlin recently) ETA according to google maps was noon and I reach at that time, give or take 10 mins
(In Chicago) if ETA is noon there’s a chance I’ll be there before 1pm, and a significant probability that I’ll not reach even by 2pm. Gotta love the CTA

What's the state-of-the-art of statistical analysis in javascript? Is it just dinky little t-test libraries, or is there any sort of mixed model regression functionality out there?

Submitting to CHI has become an unending list of chores that goes on for months. It should be a paper and a talk, that’s it. ACM is not entitled to this much of people’s time.

Woman thought of the day: unless you time the birth of a child in May exactly, you will never be able to be pregnant AND submit and get a paper accepted at @acm_chi if you also want actual maternity leave. The things you have to do post-submission extend from September-April.
