I have tried the So Fresh Greek Yoghurt and in deed, it's the most balanced Greek yoghurt I have tasted in Nigeria. The taste is sweet, but not too sweet. It is very smooth and not coarse. The consistency is🤌. When you open other brands and leave the left over inside the fridge, by the next day, it's already secreting whitish liquid and you have to thoroughly mix it again before consuming. It's not so with So Fresh greek yoghurt. In a world where you open a bowl of greek yoghurt and you are greeted with all forms of unnatural flavors, So Fresh greek yoghurt is not unnecessarily flavored, which helps retain that natural milky flavor. And lastly, it is not slappy (sour). I had recently settled for one of the other three brands mentioned in the original post, but now that I have tried this, I don port. One thing though, the external packaging can be improved - compared to the other two. Plus, I looked for the expiry date and didn't see it in the one I got. Only saw advisory on consumption period. Maybe I didn't look well. Well done to the team!

Your business can’t grow smoothly when customers are complainin But it also can’t scale when your team is underperforming. So what deserves your attention first? Improve your customer experience OR Improve your staff performance?

Some seasons feel permanent, until life reminds you they’re not. This is a reminder every founder, dreamer, and growing business owner needs to hear right now: The highs won’t last forever and neither will the hard days.

Most businesses don’t struggle with growth… they struggle with structure. When things start increasing, customers, orders, staff, every weakness shows. This is what scaling really exposes. Watch this if you want to grow without breaking. If this is you send me a DM.

If your team can’t function without you, you don’t have a team yet. You have helpers. I’ve seen founders hire more people hoping things will get easier, but the opposite happens more confusion, more dependency, more stress. Read more…

That’s the difference between growth and exhaustion. A real team reduces pressure. A weak team multiplies it. So the question is not: “How do I hire more people?” It’s: “How do I stop being the system?” Comment BGT if you’re ready to fix that.

I remembered one founder I worked with grew from 2 to 18 staff, and the real shift wasn’t hiring more people. It was this: - She stopped being the center of everything. - She built a team that could think, decide, and execute without waiting on her.

The goal isn’t to be needed. It’s to build people who can think and act without you. Share this with a founder who needs it

4. Document your thinking (SOPs) Clarity beats guesswork. When it’s written, your mindset scales. 5. Coach consistently You don’t build thinkers in one conversation. It’s repetition, culture, and daily investment.
