@indianrailhelp travelling by train no. 14120 but the bed sheet is not provided at my seat no. Tried to find coach attendant but no body is there. Call 139 which informed me that not able to take complaint now and will be taken only after departure of train. My issue not resolve

@airtelindia Received a call from your customer care who said that even if there is no fault of customer the charges have to be paid. He further said this is the policy of Airtell DTH and he cannot do something. The number from which i got a call is 7042012852. #SunilBhartiMitl

@airtelindia I have already informed customer care....can please reply on the charges which I to have pay in the name of technician visit for the reason account suspended before three days of due date of recharge when the customer is not at fault
