Great Ball 8 is unironically the hardest point in the pokemon ladder. I've had more free wins in top 50 than that hell.

Yamamoto really is the perfect fit the Cardinals. They don’t lose the draft pick. There are many connections between he and the Cards. He’s 25, and can be the needed frontline SP they can lock in for the next 8 years. The question: are the Cardinals willing to pay what it takes?

The Dodgers won 100 games in 2023. The Dodgers won 111 games in 2022. The Dodgers won 106 games in 2021. The Dodgers won 106 games in 2019. In 3 of the last 4 full seasons of play, the Dodgers have had 100+ wins & yet have been knocked out in the NLDS. That is unacceptable.

This is so infuriating. When a Cy Young caliber pitcher in his prime comes knocking at your door expressing his desire to play for your franchise, you at least have to take a call. Scherzer dominating the Cardinals in the 2019 NLCS feels even more frustrating now.

He contacted Adam Wainwright and said, “I got this offer from the Nationals. I want to pitch in St. Louis. Call your guy, and tell him just to be in the ballpark.
