@abovfr @whatzitooyahh A sadder note that at the end still abides by the simplicity of good wins at the end. Ethan was never questioned in the morality of saving his family and saving his daughter was an objectively good outcome. The end of his story IMO only turns it all more beautiful and poetic

people are genuinely mad that the franchise built off cheesy good vs evil plots where characters ride off into the sunset in the end has dropped yet another game where good triumphs over evil in the end
