personal update this year i took majority of time away to focus on other endeavors and worry about my health and personal matters. for the past several months, i have been severely burnt out from doing any sort of independent work because i can't give myself any drive to continue

@AldyDerg ty for the advice. i recall having some form of ADD. when you say 'treatment', do you mean prescription(s)? if so, do i have to drug myself daily in order to stay focused now? i prefer not to use narcotics Rx etc if i want to be productive. back then motivation js came naturally

artists i need help. how tf do you properly focus on a project for more than a single day? whenever i have a new and interesting idea im super hype to make something then tomorrow it becomes super boring and not fun to work on anymore. how do i stop this?

@WhyVernAD thank you very much for your advice. i feel like ive been waiting almost a year now in hopes that my motivation returns. taking a longer break and doing warmup/short-term work doesn't seem to change my hopes for the long run. maybe my mentality isn't built to do this no more?
