Yeah, games shouldn't necessarily base all of their balancing from the top (Overwatch had this problem) but the opposite it also true.

Fast Track is a little too strong IMO but these examples keep getting more and more ridiculous with contrived completely unrealistic setups and its kind of having the opposite effect.
