Afternoon sessions on engaging users with Early Modern books, and @YourAtla's findings in a survey of global trends in theological and religious studies librarianship. We've had a stimulating first day and are particularly glad to have had student delegates in attendance!

We had a great morning of CPD sessions hearing about the work of International Council on Archives Section on Archives of Faith Tradition, all about Open Scholarship, as well as decolonialism and religion in collections. #ABTAPL2025

#ABTAPL2025 is underway! We began with a tour of the @thelinenhall in the Belfast City Centre. Fascinating to hear about the long history of this independent library. Highlights included their collection of political posters and a portrait of a former Linen Hall Librarian.
