🚨 Al-Hilal agree a deal in principle with West Ham for Crysencio Summerville worth €80m. As reported earlier, Roma only prepared to bid €46m. Third offer was their final one and they had asked for clarity within 24 hours. Al-Hilal first approached Summerville in May. Back then Summerville had wanted to assess European options. Deal now agreed today after a significant proposal to the player. Summerville has permission to undergo his medical.🔵

It has been the privilege of my life to serve as the Chancellor of the Exchequer.
