This man you’re seeing in the picture is a keke (tricycle) rider. He carried us from Kurna to Zoo Road. After he dropped us off and left, we realized that we had forgotten our money in his Napep money worth about six hundred and sixty thousand. We didn’t know what to do, but then he came back and returned our money to us. We thanked him deeply, and from the money, we gave him one hundred thousand. He also thanked us and went on his way. What Dikko is doing with Katsina is undesirably troubling, especially at this moment of political uncertainty. It will affect APC at large, pushing for consensus at this moment of charged veins is a terrible way of maintaining party balance among aspirants. He’s paving way for anti-party activities and unnecessary defection. You can’t reserve seats for the children of the elite at the expense of Loyal party members. I don’t understand the decision that informed this skewed approach, whether for better or worse, it is wrong on all fronts. Someone should call him to order before lasting damage occurs to the party.

@BashirAhmaad On what basis was he chosen as a consensus candidate? His father ruled this nation for a total of 11 years without any improvement to the well-being of Nigerians. So I ask again on what basis was he chosen as a consensus candidate?

They were offered ₦100 million to ignore the crime, but they refused. Think about that for a moment. On April 9, 2026, officers from the Force Intelligence Department Special Tactical Squad (STS) stopped a trailer truck in Akwanga, Nasarawa State. Hidden under sacks of groundnut shells were 60 tonnes of stolen railway tracks and sleepers. This stolen infrastructure, worth over ₦400,000,000, belonged to the Nigerian people. Two suspects were arrested: Chisom Goodnews, 32, and Ahmed Adamu, 22. The truck driver was paid ₦2,500,000 to transport the stolen materials from Bauchi State to Ilorin. This was the work of an organized syndicate, a planned supply chain, and a direct attack on Nigeria's national infrastructure. Then came an offer of ₦100,000,000 in cash to let the suspects go and walk away. The officers refused. It was not because they did not need the money, but because true integrity, even when it is difficult, cannot be bought.
The Inspector General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, personally praised all the officers involved. He said their courage and honesty show the Nigeria Police Force at its very best. To those officers: you were offered a fortune to break your oath, but you chose to stand by Nigeria. This is the kind of Nigeria Police Force our nation deserves, and it is real.

NPF FOILS RAILWAY VANDALISM SYNDICATE, RECOVERS ₦400 MILLION ASSETS, OPERATIVES REJECT ₦100 MILLION BRIBE The Nigeria Police Force, through the Force Intelligence Department Special Tactical Squad (FID-STS), has recorded a major breakthrough with the arrest of two (2) suspects involved in the large-scale vandalisation of critical national infrastructure and the recovery of railway materials valued at over Four Hundred Million Naira (₦400,000,000). The suspects, Chisom Goodnews (32) and Ahmed Adamu (22), were arrested on 9th April 2026 at about 1800hrs in Akwanga, Nasarawa State, following credible intelligence. The operation led to the interception of a trailer truck conveying approximately sixty (60) tonnes of vandalised railway tracks and sleepers. The materials were concealed under sacks of groundnut shells in a deliberate attempt to evade detection while being transported from Bauchi State to Ilorin, Kwara State. Preliminary investigations revealed that the driver of the truck was contracted for the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Naira (₦2,500,000) to transport the vandalised materials, while further findings indicate an organised supply chain linked to receivers of such stolen infrastructure. During the investigation, the operatives involved in the operation reportedly rejected an offer of One Hundred Million Naira (₦100,000,000) made in a bid to compromise the process and secure the release of the suspects and exhibits. The trailer truck used in conveying the items has been recovered, and investigations are ongoing to apprehend other members of the syndicate, including the intended receivers, and to recover additional exhibits. The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, commends the operatives for their courage, discipline, and incorruptibility, noting that such acts exemplify the core values of the Force. The Nigeria Police Force remains dedicated to safeguarding the nation’s assets from vandalism. After ICPC and EFCC, Malam Nasiru El-Rufai is now reportedly heading for DSS arraignment over allegations of attempting to sabotage national security. I used to think El-Rufai was some sort of political genius until he went on national television and claimed he was intercepting the phone calls of the National Security Adviser, Malam Nuhu Ribadu. At that point, you begin to question whether it’s strategy or just reckless talk. In matters of national security, some statements are too serious to be brushed off as politics.

Cut them into pieces and place them in a large airtight container. Soak for 5 days. After 5 days, filter into another container. Drink half a glass in the morning and evening for one week. You’ll come back and give testimony 🫶🏾

Uba Sani succeeded Nasir El-Rufai at a time when things were already set up for success. Much of the hard groundwork had been done, including major reforms in education through tough hiring and dismissals, digitalisation of governance and revenue generation, and the Kaduna urban renewal effort was already in motion. While concerns about inherited debt are understandable, the situation improved after fuel subsidy removal, which increased state revenues and reduced the strain of debt servicing. In many ways, the most difficult and politically sensitive decisions had already been taken. What remained was to build on these gains and maintain the progress already made. He was in a strong position to run a stable and effective administration and become a decent governor.

I will never support the LAWFARE being waged against former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai. @elrufai Let the courts uphold the rule of law by granting him bail and ensuring he receives a fair trial. Bail is a constitutional right not a tool for punishment or intimidation. Using bail as a means of caging Nigerians is unjust, unlawful, and unacceptable. It is a practice we must all reject, regardless of who is involved.
