my current schedule 11am - wake up & look at phone for 2 hours 1pm - be sad about quarantine 2pm - get dressed, feel motivated to do one small task 5pm - put on different pajamas to spice it up a bit 9pm - be sad again 11pm - sad 1am - dance party by myself 2am - sleep
