Found chops.md by @Shpigford to manage agent skills. Unfortunately it was Mac only, yet I needed it for Linux. Fortunately it was also Open Source and then this happened. A bit rough around the edges but it's working.

The moment GLM-5 reaches about 50% context usage it gets pretty... 🤪... repeats words, speaks chinese, speaks russian, does everything but it's job. That's a new one today.

I guess this video did more for me than everything else combined on YouTube. "Just telling" what you want. Almost no technical terms. Nothing complicated. Like I would tell it to my colleague from HR that is forced to learn to code now.
