The American answer is because we can, but legally speaking as long as you have the proper paperwork, plus a ridiculous amount of money, you can pretty much buy anything you want. Legally I can’t buy explosive ammo like HEDP but I can buy training chalk rounds. The only problem is I wouldn’t really have anywhere to shoot it.

現在、ライフルを測りながら必要なハードケースのサイズを考えています。2つの選択肢があります。最小で30インチのケースを買ってライフルを1ピースのままにするか、小さめのケースを買ってアッパーとロアーに分解するかです。どちらにするかまだ決めかねています。 I am measuring my rifle right now trying to figure out what size hard case I’m going to need. I have two options, either get 30 inch at minimal case to keep the rifle in one piece, or get a smaller one and break the rifle into upper and lower. I’m not really sure which way I want to go with it.

It’s definitely a priceless hobby but I think my wallet would disagree. 😂 As far as NFA is concerned, the tax stamp which was $200 was removed federally for SBR’s and others such things. However, if I wanted to buy a destructive device like a 40mm grenade launcher or anything above 50 caliber, I would still need to pay $200. And if you’re wondering, yes where I live, I can buy M203 grenade launcher legally.

@acamisoP_3DTech I see, I’ll take a look at it. This will mainly be just for storage at my house as I have a soft case that I use for travel.. mine is a short barrel rifle in 5.56. I do have a shorter 8 inch barrel 300 BLk.

@acamisoP_3DTech As much as I wanna break it down, this is an 11.5. Ideally, I wanna leave it together so when I get to the range, I can put on the can and shoot. Not sure I’ll get a straight up pelican case, they do have the vault series which is a little more affordable.
