Being married to a teacher
Pros: house has lots of snacks and craft supplies 😊
Cons: she gets snow days and I have to go to work ☹
Pros: she bakes cookies on her day off 🙂

Grandpa looks like a plum (bruising from weeks of IVs). He is still fully sound mentally, but is visibly weak and tired during conversation. He is currently wheel chair bound (has never been before), but hopefully this isn’t forever.
He’s hanging in there. I’m happy to be here.

MAJOR GRANDPA UPDATE
Wally and I safely arrived in Zville today around 3:30 after being on the road for over six hours.
Grandpa is a lot worse (physically) than I had prepared myself to expect. He is very tired and very weak.
