Until you realize the potential that exists here, I hope you continue to suffer the pain of overpopulation and increasing heavy and unbearable traffic 😊

This island, which holds the supposed "second city" of the country, seems to have become just another settlement of a family island outside of your view of the 'real' Bahamas, Nassau.

Freeport still has no movement on a new international airport (much less preclearance), still no movement on the new hotel/resort, the bazaar property is still in ruins (and the permanent main highway detour is still ever present),...

@latraelrahming Cool. Just don't forget about Freeport until less than a year before the next election cycle like how you did this time.

This is why the FNM lost. The FNM had a weak slogan, no clear message for voters to hold on to, and a political organisation that was divided for the entire five years. Their main message was “reset,” which was a terrible contrast to “Choose Progress.” Bahamians did not want the progress of the past five years undone. They did not want to go backwards. They did not want to take a chance on a party asking for a reset without showing voters a serious plan for what came next. They ignored the polls, which had been warning for weeks that they were heading for defeat. Those same polls showed that Bahamians did not see Michael Pintard as the better option among the three leaders. They had little credibility with voters on their ability to deliver on a manifesto. Their leader failed to inspire confidence. They made the wrong case to the Bahamian people by focusing almost entirely on claims about fraudulent documents and stealing elections instead of speaking to the real concerns of families. Their campaign also lacked energy. It lacked a sense of movement. It failed to give people something to believe in, something to join, or something to feel proud to be part of. In the end, voters saw division, weak leadership, no serious plan for the future, and a campaign built around fear while the PLP gave people a clear choice: Choose Progress.

the moment they monetized tweets is when this app completely went to shit. It’s a great opportunity but people don’t even have genuine opinions anymore, they just say whatever gets them the most interaction
