So crazy story head...I tracked down the person who picked up my lost phone, and ultimately ending up getting it back from him.

So there is a possibility that this not so kind man tried switching off my device but couldn't, which explains his running away to his home as soon he found my phone and even disconnecting our calls. So yeah, one hell of an adventure today.

Don't know if other phones have that setting by default too, coz I tried a Oneplus device and an Mi one, and they didn't have this feature.
