@access_arm your people are not responding to messages and emails. I sent my account officer an email since yesterday, nothing. Even your in-app chat. The moment i opted to chat with a human support agent, no response since morning. This is not the way to go

@access_arm April 2026 pension has not been paid. ARM Pensions before the merger always paid on or before the 14th of each month unfailingly.
