Back to the fitness was back with a bang this week! 💪 2 fitness classes to suit all abilities 👊 Deaf Fit club on Tuesday evening & Low impact fitness on Wednesday morning. If you'd like to know more about either class please email us on info@accessbedford.org.uk

The NHS is asking patients to choose services wisely during industrial action and take simple steps to ensure care is available to patients who need it most. This includes using 111 online as the first port of call, as well as visiting your local pharmacist or contacting your GP.

Thanks to @AccessBedford delivering deaf awareness training for non-clinical staff in GP surgeries. People who are deaf have told us communicating with their practice can be a barrier to getting care, this will give staff confidence to better communicate with deaf patients.
