15 years with Apple Retail yesterday.... last day of work at current store today... moving to a state where ARS is closed and transfer options are on hold. Going chew thru vacation time/sick time in hopes the store near our new home re-opens by holiday. Today is mine!

Truth be told I stopped caring about NPS the day I got Genius...

@TrueNPP 1.My bf was with Apple Care for 10 years. First 3 years moved fast to mentor then T2 and then nothing for 7 years... Sounds like that Genius we all know trying to be lead and going no where. 2. He says yes, interviews for both 3.Yes, but not a lot.

Questions for anyone that works at Apple Care full-time (not Retail@Home): 1. How long were you in each role before progressing? 2. Is that progression considered a promotion? 3. If yes: do you see a compensation increase? If no: when do you? #applecare #retailathome

@DepotGenius I was begging a manager to replace a phone for a blink women, and they said no. She need her phone for accessibility, and then was screwed. I took out my credit card and tried to pay for it.

At what point did you stop drinking the koolaid; saw behind the curtain; realized the bs? For me, it was when someone less qualified got promoted over one who was more qualified. Also, when they started hiring idiots straight into Genius roles over others who knew more than them.
