I sign up founders.kontext.build get 20,000 credits to make apps/agents ... right away for like 2 hours I start clicking around to get the feel of the UI I tried to create a new project (just folder) Failed error I tried to create an agent Failed error I tried to start a server Failed error I tried to create project without hosting (skip server step option) Failed error I tried to go to the agent button describe my app ...it took me to the Kontex menu ...it removed my app description ...weird, so I describe my app again there Failed error At this point, I lots 6,000 credits for some reason with no server, no project, no app I tried to create "Kontext OS" Failed error I tried to join the Kontext Network community Failed error At this point im thinking how many red flags do you need to quit? How much patience do I have to go thought and ask for help and for all these bugs to get fixed when im paying for the top tier? At this point, I say to myself ... im done Ill cancel the subscription and not talk about this project till everything just works, all the bugs gets fixed and there is good community feedback So I go to the subscription tab try to cancel it FAILED ‼️ So I messaged CoinNation saying hey I just want to cancel the subscription ... the button is giving me an error message ... I don't want to talk about all the issues ... I just want to get out and cancel subscription ... no anger in my tone, just neutral tone saying, hey I just want to get out ... he says how can you be disappointed that quick but sure ill refund you and cancel ... I got refunded ... goodod but then the UI still says next payment date ... the entire day it said next billing date (so it was not about just waiting longer and the UI will reflect the subscription cancelation eventually) Then I see CoinNation BLOCKED ME on X so im thinking wtf did I do I can't even message him now and there is still a problem I needed a confirmation that the subscription was canceled cuz the UI is not reflecting that I don't want to get build next month again (Since he blocked me like a toddler only at this point I thought maybe I should say something on X) I guess that's what you get for at least trying to be a "Founder" and supporting the project Soooo.... I message Muggzie about it the problem He basically said Stripe handles everything so login with stripe and cancel your subscription ... have a good weekend I said that is not how it works The email I subscribed with/paid with stripe with could be any email it does not need to be associated with a direct "Stripe Account" and there is no email from Stripe after I paid thus confirming again there is no "Stipe Account" (and I tried to login with Stripe with forget password ... nothing for that email!) I said its legally on you to cancel the subscription There is no "Stripe Account" he said ... nothing so I still don't know if ill get billed again next month Soooooooo, think twice before you sign up Im not saying that the project can't be good eventually just saying at this time ... that is my experience. @coinNationHQ @JasonMugg
