@sriramofearth @PaddyKeoghAF Amorim wanted Watkins and Martinez instead of Sesko and Lammens. It was never his idea to get Mbeumo, that was purely the hierarchy. The only thing Amorim did was kick out Garnacho and Rashford which you could argue didn’t even help us because the ‘bomb squad’ tanked their value

@ace_aig @PaddyKeoghAF Pretty easy to say now. But Ineos first targets were Delap,dibbling and they weren’t going sell onana too and without Amorim push we wouldn’t have gone for Mbeumo and Lammens. He steered the club in the right direction. Sold Garnacho and cleaned up the dressing room.

@IanM1st I think we’re gonna be playing a more expansive style of football next season. I doubt a Case and Kobbie pivot would be able to handle those kind of demands especially with Europe. Not to say Bruno G wouldn’t be able to handle it but his partner would have to be a super athlete.
