You Need A Barber‼️
It’s simple, but the concept goes over peoples heads pretty often. 👇
Barbershops, like salons, are social institutions. You’re not just paying for a haircut, you are paying to be a part of a community.
Going to a barber shop is a great way to build friendships and community, especially if you are new to a city or town.
But for me it also serves another purpose.
It is a really great way to survey public opinion. The multiple conversations going on within a barbershop are often about whatever the hot topic of the week is.
It allows you to here very unfiltered opinions on some of the latest political trends.
Of course the sample size is small, but if you are in a barbershop with say 6-10 barbers in it, they could be seeing 100+ people a day.
The key is, don’t be stingy with your money. It may cost you some very cool opportunities to build community.
