Due to recent regulatory changes in Dubai, Solareum Inc. is currently restructuring its legal framework to remain fully compliant. This is an ongoing process, with further details to be shared in Q1 2026. Adaptation is part of Solareum’s green evolution. 3. Legal update: Solareum has retained Blue Oak Law Firm, completed full forensic preservation of evidence, and is now finalizing steps to file a formal complaint in the Superior Court of Delaware. Arbitration was attempted, but the counter-party refused to proceed via AAA. Negotiation has officially shifted to litigation. Justice will be pursued until matters are made right for Solareum and its community. 4.
