Going to repost this once. Did not expect this level of interest — 19k+ views and a lot of engagement. Appreciate all the DMs and questions. A few clarifications: We focused on D1 recruits in classes 2026–2029 A player was counted as a transfer if they arrived after their sophomore season → The goal was to identify where programs are adding already established players This is not about right or wrong. Just like college football, programs are having success: Building internally Using transfers Or a combination of both The goal is simple: Give families and athletes transparency when evaluating where to attend school. Every situation is different. Knowledge matters. On accuracy: Recruits were verified through On3 roster data Transfers were identified through deep X reconstruction We heard from 4 coaches: 3 reviewed and agreed the data was accurate 1 (Ensworth) had incomplete recruit visibility — they actually have 9 D1 recruits, which moves them up and more toward the development side Also worth noting: There have already been additional transfers this past weekend We plan to update this again after the July dead period We will atempt to do another version that will include all transfers — not just D1 players More to come.
