There's a huge difference between coaches, counselors and therapistA. While each can have excellent skills and be in expert in their fields doesn't mean they are there for the right reason. Sometimes people just want to BE RIGHT and they want to tell people what is RIGHT.

Came across some mindsets who are trying to earn a certificate or diploma in humanistic integrative counseling from either therapychapters or therapywork in Lahore who are egotistical and and I REALLY urge people to be very careful who you're taking counseling from.

I honestly cannot stress this enough but please start living & enjoying your life. Your life is passing by daily and all you’re doing is working, paying bills, & overthinking stuff you can't change. Start taking trips and treating yourself. Have fun with this life. You only get 1
