Maybe memo was not sent to Supreme Court judge Justice Ashton-Lewis that his brothers and sister of the Supreme Court bench are hearing a very important case. He could have sent his statement, attacking the PM and President on a day when it was dry news day in Fiji.

Military officers in 2009 supported 1997 Constitution abrogation and today those same officers (now politicians) want the 1997 Constitution back. What irony.
