Been feeling more and more disconnected from the melodic bass/melodic dub scene. It’s been feeling somewhat stale lately. I still love euphoric and heavy hitting bass sounds but I’ve been having so much more fun playing with different sounds and ‘genres’

you know why? because every connection they have in the scene is through me. hell they even tried to hire one of my guitar students to take my place. the last time i invited shelby to a show she asked me “who are we here to network with” everyone is just a stepping stone to them.

no literally that’s the thing like, i booked all the shows i ran all the social i’m the only one in the band who even interacted with the scene none of them even go to shows and they haven’t written a song in 3 years but they think they’re gonna continue without me? good luck lol
