I started my day with a patient who died suddenly.
Then I stood over someone fighting a cancer that came out of nowhere and moved like fire. Turbo.

Because truth doesn’t carry weight when it hides in the dark. The system counts on our silence, on our fear of being fired or mocked or banned. But each time one of us stands up in our own name, it gets a little harder for them to bury reality. I’m standing in mine. You should too.
