After the NITA bill, I guess moving to San Francisco should be part of the startup roadmap. I’m not going to wait to get crashed.

Great things were built without regulations, Uber broke rules, Tesla, Google, Facebook, Nvidia, OpenAI and others. Strict regulations will just build local tech companies that won’t scale globally.

@CHIEF__101 Most startups in the US were funded with just an idea and with no legal documents. Just signing an agreement and giving it to your lawyers is far better.

Section 46 of the NITA bill, as written, is a structural threat to Ghana's tech growth at exactly the wrong moment. The advanced countries it aspires to emulate did the opposite. They removed barriers first, and regulated carefully as the ecosystem grew...

@CHIEF__101 Bro even the US you don’t need to register or have a license to operate your tech startup. They realized making that a fixed law will kill the tech space. So they came up with the SAFE law that allows every tech startup to start operating by signing an agreement paper.
