
For all of us who’ve “fallen off the wagon” with our diet and workouts, don’t get discouraged! We all know life is lifing and it’s getting increasingly difficult to stick to your routine! I’m no different. Inconsistency and “convenient” meals has resulted in me gaining 15 lbs over the past year and a half. Today was Day 1 of getting back to my target weight goal (10 lbs. away).
