Angela has finally got home from hospital today after being in for three and a half weeks! The past few weeks have been really tough for Angela but, yet again, she amazes us with her bravery and determination. Angela and the Act 4 Angela team are so grateful for the NHS. #NHS

Some good news. A successful procedure yesterday plus improved blood results means Angela should be heading home on Monday. The plan is for her chemotherapy to start in 2 weeks. 👍👍🤗 #Act4Angela #bowelcancer #nevertooyoung #somegoodnews
