Our Forward Thinking Birmingham Finch Road hub have updated their contact number to 0121 333 8383. The old number will no longer be in use.

This is a really great opportunity for ill and disabled people (including those who are mentally ill) to share their experiences of communicating with medical professionals!

Exciting news! We are meeting with Think4Brum, FTB's group for service users who want to get involved in shaping the design and delivery of their services. Our meeting is on Thursday at 5pm - if you're interested in getting involved, feel free to message us here or on Facebook!

One of the key issues raised in our survey is problems with medication. If you have had issues with medication specifically through FTB please feel free to message us here on Twitter or at facebook.com/actionftb/ so we can raise these issues with FTB ASAP!

FTB recognised the current issues with their services and talked with us about the ways they are looking to change. We will continue to meet regularly with FTB to make sure these changes are implemented and that our four key aims are met.

UPDATE: On 6th August we met with Forward Thinking Birmingham team and raised our four key aims: transparency; staff conduct and sensitivity; ensuring appropriate provision of services; and communication.
