#BikeWeekUK is a perfect time to launch the superb new trails map we have developed with the help and talent of illustrator Derek Bainton derekbainton.com The map shows the brilliant local trails that we use for our #inclusive #social rides as well as our social stops.

We have our Aberfan ride on Saturday morning. A gentle ride on the Taff Trail suitable for new or returning riders. No Sunday ride this week due to the half marathon taking place using the Taff and Trevithick trails. Bikes, e-bikes and helmets available free.

We’ve got 2 #social #inclusive bike rides this weekend. On Saturday we’ll ride to Aberfan Community Centre. A flat route ideal for new or returning riders. On Sunday we’ll ride on the Taff Trail with a coffee stop at Parkwood Outdoors Dolygaer bikes, e-bikes and helmets free.
