The scene is gut wrenching. Many are still trapped by the trailer which is carrying cement. Sad that almost 12 hours after the #Londiani accident, there is no specialised accident scene unit to cut the trailer, remove cement from it and rescue survivors or collect bodies. We have degenerated into apathy because of incompetence. We must create a specialised civilian accident rescue and recovery units. It doesn’t exist and it’s sad that we allow it to be this way. #Londiani Accident victims deserve better. Hello @WilliamsRuto please we must a specialised unit for this.
