My writer has been asking me about beekeeping a lot lately so I'm building her bee boxes for Christmas complete with queens and hives

I was just gardening and I stopped to inspect a large hibiscus and saw a bee doing his bee thing and I laughed so hard I fell on my trowel

The poor thing thinks he can actually get his disproportionately large body inside the stem aw

If you're ever having a bad day just watch a bee try to crawl as far inside a flower as he can, it's both adorable and pitiful
