Actuvi is at the TORCH Spring Conference in Arlington this week. Booth 108. TORCH brings together rural and community hospital leaders from across Texas, and it is one of the best conferences to have a real conversation about what RTM can do for clinics that are managing large patient populations with lean teams. The between-visit gap is a bigger problem in rural health than almost anywhere else. Come find us at booth 108 and see how Actuvi helps rural and community clinics maintain care continuity outside the clinical walls.

An RTM software purchase is not the same as a program launch. Most clinics that buy an RTM software are handed login credentials and left to build the assessments, configure the thresholds, train the staff, and manage enrollment on their own. Clinics are not equipped to do this, and they don't have the time. Actuvi builds and launches the RTM program for its clients. Actuvi designs the workflows, creates the custom assessments for the specialty, and configures everything before launching the program. Actuvi is a white-glove platform. Every clinic that launches RTM with Actuvi gets a fully built operational program from day 1. Contact our RTM expert to launch your program → actuvi.com/book-demo.

Actuvi's Patient Snapshot feature gives providers a summary of what a patient has been experiencing between visits. It pulls together assessment data, health events, and shows trends, averages, and flagged abnormals across whatever date range the provider selects. A provider can open the snapshot right before a patient comes in and know exactly where that patient stands, rather than relying on human recollection. With Actuvi, providers actually have the data on what has gone on with a patient between visits. See how Actuvi enables providers to deliver quality care without increasing the total time spent per patient → actuvi.com/book-demo.

Before launching an RTM program, health organizations often ask whether they need to monitor patient data around the clock. RTM is not a real-time emergency monitoring program. It is a preventative health program that collects patient-reported data over time, allowing care teams to start seeing abnormalities and catch things much quicker, so they can intervene and change therapy, treatment, or medication before a condition worsens. On Actuvi, before a patient submits their first data point, they read and sign a digital consent form that explicitly states the program is not for emergencies and is not monitored in real time. Actuvi's e-consent feature removes the liability to respond immediately from the care team, so providers can review patient-reported data on their clinical schedule. Launch your RTM program with the #1 RTM platform in the market → actuvi.com/book-demo.

Actuvi's April 2026 platform update is live. Everything new on the #1 RTM platform ↓ 1) Event-on-Chart - Clinical events now appear directly on patient timelines. Medication changes, system alerts, and other specific events are plotted alongside patient measurement trends. Care teams can see at a glance how clinical events align with changes in patient-reported data 2) Streamlined Media - Authorized staff can now add files to the Media Library instantly. The manual approval flow for media has been removed. Staff with the new Media Upload permission can upload files directly, with Admins receiving this access by default. 3) Role-Based Educational Guides - Onboarding guides are now built into the platform. A new Guides section in the Profile menu offers detailed PDF instructions tailored specifically for Admin and Clinical Staff roles to assist with onboarding. 4) Advanced Patient Filtering - Find and manage specific patient groups faster. Staff can now filter patients by Monitoring Track or view the Created On date for each patient. This makes it easier to manage onboarding timelines and isolate patient groups quickly. 5) Private Label Analytics - Private label organizations now have access to dedicated analytics dashboards. Aggregated performance data is now available through organization-specific dashboards, giving private label partners a clearer view of program performance. 6) OTP Login - Patients can now log into the Actuvi app without a password. A new one-time password option sends a temporary code via phone or email for faster, more secure access. This reduces login friction and keeps patients engaged with their care program. 7) Rich Media in Assessments - Assessments now support images, GIFs, and audio alongside video. The video assessment type has been expanded to include images, GIFs, and MP3 audio. Care teams have more options to create engaging, informative check-ins for patients. That's everything in the April 2026 update. Log in to explore all new features on the #1 RTM platform.

Most mental health providers don't know that there is a dedicated RTM billing code for cognitive behavioral therapy. CPT 98978 covers remote therapeutic monitoring for CBT specifically, including programs for depression, anxiety, eating disorders, substance use disorders, and more. Actuvi's platform allows mental health providers to bill for RTM services by having patients report mood, sleep quality, stress levels, medication adherence, and more between sessions through the Actuvi platform (app, web, AI messaging). That patient-reported data flows directly into the staff dashboard, giving the provider a continuous record of how the patient is doing outside the clinic. With the supplementary RTM billing codes that go alongside CPT 98978, the full billing potential reaches up to $180 per patient per month. For a mental health clinic, that is consistent revenue they are not collecting. See how the #1 RTM platform supports behavioral health clinics → actuvi.com/book-demo

Every clinic visit starts the same way. The provider asks how the patient has been, and the next few minutes are spent piecing together the past few weeks from memory. With Actuvi's RTM program, providers already know what happened before the patient walks in. Pain levels, mood, anxiety, depression, sleep quality, medication adherence, and more are captured through the Actuvi app and charted on the provider dashboard automatically. When the patient arrives, the appointment can focus on what to do next instead of figuring out what happened since the last time. See how the #1 RTM platform fits your clinical workflow → dub.sh/digitalcare.

Many practices are reaching out to us to understand why their RTM programs are not performing as well as their peers who launched their RTM programs with Actuvi. When we dug into it, the issue was never RTM itself; it was how the program was set up. Data security is one of the first questions providers ask when evaluating an RTM platform. Actuvi is both HIPAA and GDPR compliant. All patient data is encrypted and stored on servers within the client's country, so data stays in the jurisdiction it belongs in. Actuvi's mobile app meets FDA regulations for software as a medical device (SaMD) for remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM), and the platform is listed with the FDA. Actuvi builds and launches RTM programs that are compliant and secure for practices of all sizes. Launch your RTM program with our award-winning RTM platform - dub.sh/digitalcare.

ACOs earn shared savings by reducing the total cost of care for their patient population. One of the biggest drivers of that cost is unplanned hospitalizations, and a good number of those are preventable if a provider can catch a declining condition early enough. That is hard to do when providers only get patients updates at scheduled appointments Remote Therapeutic Monitoring with Actuvi gives ACO providers visibility into how patients are responding to their treatment plans between visits, so they can intervene early before a condition reaches the point of an ER visit or an unplanned admission. RTM also comes with its own billing codes, so practices earn reimbursement on top of shared savings. If you are an ACO or your practice is a part of one, RTM fits directly into your model. Actuvi builds and launches RTM programs for practices across specialties. Visit Actuvi.com or send us a message to get started.

Most practices have no mechanism for keeping patients on their care plan between visits. The patient leaves the clinic, and the next contact is the next appointment. RTM creates a compounding effect. Better between-visit engagement leads to better adherence, which leads to more completed visits, better outcomes, and more referrals. Actuvi gives practices the tools to build this continuity into their care model and keep patients engaged through every stage of their treatment. Put compounding effect to work in your practice with Actuvi, the #1 rated RTM platform - dub.sh/digitalcare.

ePRO (electronic patient-reported outcomes) enables patients to report health and symptom data directly between visits, giving care teams visibility into which patients are improving and which are not, so they can intervene before conditions escalate. We published a provider's guide to ePRO covering how it works in clinical practice, what to look for in an ePRO platform, and the steps to get started. actuvi.com/blog/what-is-e…

Our team visited Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences in Pune, where Reagan Smith met with key stakeholders and decision makers across the university to present the Actuvi platform and explore a potential partnership together. The visit also included a guest lecture to students, where Reagan spoke about preventative care, remote care, and the future of digital health, and took their questions on how Actuvi is reshaping the way providers manage patient health outside the clinical walls. Grateful for the warm reception from the Symbiosis leadership and looking forward to what we can build together.

As part of his India tour, our CEO, Reagan Smith, visited Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) in Hyderabad, where he met with Dr. Gangadhar. Dr. Gangadhar and his team were kind enough to show him around the hospital and walk him through their operations and the steps they are taking toward digital health. Seeing how seriously a public hospital like NIMS is thinking about this space was genuinely impressive. Indian public hospitals are further along than most people think, and that is exciting for the future of digital health in the country. Actuvi is proud to be one of the platforms helping move India in that direction.
