Lá pelo fim dos meus 20 anos, eu tive um choque hipoglicêmico e fui parar no pronto-socorro, e também teve uma vez que eu desmaiei em casa, perdi a força até para mexer os dedos e acabei vomitando. Meu corpo inteiro tremia sem controle, independente da minha vontade, meu estômago parou de funcionar direito... e a minha vida ficou cheia de ansiedade. Eu fui muito tola, mas agora eu superei tudo isso e, desde o ano passado, comecei uma dieta realmente saudável! Minha qualidade de vida melhorou muuuito!! Pode ser mais devagar, mas ver meu corpo e minha rotina mudando pela minha própria vontade tem me motivado ainda mais. Em vez de dietas extremas, vou compartilhar receitas gostosas e saudáveis com vocês. No almoço, se eu tiver vontade de comer alguma coisa, eu como com gosto e na medida certa! Pode ser lámen, hambúrguer, frango frito, qualquer coisa!!! Mas, no jantar, eu mantenho mais limpo, cortei lanches noturnos, bebida, refrigerantes e beliscos, e estou perdendo peso com os exercícios adequados ㅎㅎ Quis compartilhar o que eu tenho comido na esperança de que, se tiver algum de vocês moomoos na mesma situação que eu, essa pessoa possa se sentir acolhida e encorajada a melhorar.
