some rich billionaire, can you please create an airline that will destroy every other airline? - charge fair straight forward premium prices - optimize for comfort, food, & premium experiences. - fuck the rewards, credit cards, & points. just clean beautiful experiences. maybe acquire few airlines to do it for gate access.

@astrange Any newer high end phone should support 2 active eSIMs at once. And many more not active on the phone.

What's the easiest way for an agent to get their own phone number? Google voice (doesn't work w/ What's App), Twilio (have to set up fake business), Actual phone line (very cumbersome or blocked by IT)...

@adamac @blakeir Right, but I'm talking about the keyboard setup where it works across different apps or you're saying there's a way to bypass that too?

@jacksondahl @blakeir That mic ui is unnecessary btw. It can just listen when you look at the app. This is what mine does. :)

We're shipping a new feature in Claude Cowork as a research preview that I'm excited about: Dispatch! One persistent conversation with Claude that runs on your computer. Message it from your phone. Come back to finished work. To try it out, download Claude Desktop, then pair your phone.

Airline booking is one of the most obnoxious problems of 2026 and the fact I can't solve this with agents is maddening.

I fear that AI has decimated the traditional email inbox as we know it. Too many personalized emails slip through spam filter. Hope someone builds a better mousetrap. This one is cooked in its current form.

After using it a bit, Claude Cowork Dispatch covers 90% of what I was trying to use OpenClaw for, but feels far less likely to upload my entire drive to a malware site.

Current trajectory: 1. Codex app launches on iOS 2. People start replacing apps with prompts and skills 3. Entire iOS app ecosystem collapses 4. OpenAI builds a new phone device with codex as the only app 5. Apple becomes hardware only company

@signulll I basically agree. Not clear the current agents and workflows are seeing any adoption. Maybe the focus shifts to OpenClaw.

let's simulate what sama & mark chen are going through for the next few weeks on what to prioritize & what to chop shall we? this will be the walmart version of it lmao. openai has 29 "products" in the portfolio. - chatgpt - chatgpt search - deep research - chatgpt agent - chatgpt atlas - chatgpt pulse - sora - codex - image generation / images - voice in chatgpt - projects - canvas - tasks - shopping research / commerce in chatgpt - gpt store / gpts / apps - chatgpt business - chatgpt enterprise / team / edu packaging - atlas for enterprise - oit's vepenai api platform - responses api - realtime api - agents / agentkit - agents sdk - web search api/tooling - image generation api - codex cloud / developer codex surfaces - computer-using agent (platform/model layer) - operator (legacy/transitioning standalone identity) - let's say 4 hardware devices jony ive's team is working on (this probably does not get killed) now obviously most of these fit into the enterprise & coding territory. so what do you keep vs kill? most likely to be killed / deprioritized: atlas pulse gpt store (at least put in sunset) shopping & commerce sora (as a “hero product”) merge & consolidate everything else into chatgpt app. intense focus: codex agents enterprise workflows

@signulll They ended their experiment, and suddenly seem to have Anthropic envy on the biz model. Longer-term, I don't see how they can builder consumer AI without ads, but just feels to me like something shifted. The vibes are off.

so who wants to guess what gets deprioritized? lots of the experimental consumer explorations that are inference heavy & burn roi negative for damn sure. you better believe sora as a consumer experience outside of chatgpt is done. do you continue the consumer hardware business (i think that one is now too much investment to roll back)? incredibly interesting to think about. ironically this allows google to relax a bit now which is ironically very dangerous for them lmao.

The easiest job in tech is Head of Growth at a consumer company with PMF. I did it at Rappi and thought I was a genius. Everything you try works. Tweak onboarding → conversion jumps. Unlock referrals → growth explodes. Turn on paid → infinite scale. And if something fails… it was an “experiment.” But that’s a fallacy. It’s like losing weight on GLP-1 and thinking you mastered discipline. Because when you become a founder, you realize the only hard growth problem is building a product people actually want. I’m a growth person, but I have infinitely more admiration for 0→1 product people than 1→100 growth people.
