Continuity is not that important in editing. One of the most impactful film editors in the last 50 years Walter Murch preached this concept. Read his Rule of Six

@dannymcmahon When you remix a song does it always work out how you want it or do you have to rearrange footage to fit where it's decided to remix to (if that makes sense)? It just always seems to be like 1-2 seconds off for me 90% of the time

@EnfixedYouTube My time is more valuable than an editor's time. Editors join calls once a month, a part of my job is to interview editors, and I structure my full day around that. The fact you and so many other editors or so undisciplined is what is making this market so horrible

The only way for people to understand what’s wrong with this tweet is to invert the scenario. If an editor tweeted a screenshot of a client respectfully stating they didn’t want to work together after multiple days of discussion, what would happen? They’d get rightfully mocked by not just me but nigh on everyone on editing twitter. And they’d be seen as undesirable to work with by other potential clients. If you see this kind of behaviour from a potential client/recruiter, don’t feel as if you can’t say no just because you’ve spent time talking to them.
