Pointing out that $MSTR is down relative to BTC in a drawdown isn't analysis. It's reading the structure and being shocked it works as advertised MSTR carries roughly 1.54x amplification to BTC. Formula on the label: 1 / (1 minus Claims %) Fixed dollar claims stand still while the reserve shrinks, so common absorbs the whole move with two thirds of the position. Leverage works the same in both directions. That was always the product The structure doesn't hide this. The toolkit does. BPS can't show you the claims doing the amplifying. CEBE can, at every price

🔥BITCOIN VS. MSTR - WHICH ONE IS BETTER?🔥 Bitcoin or MSTR? One is pristine digital scarcity secured by thermodynamics. The other is pristine digital scarcity after Michael Saylor drags it through the capital markets, straps preferred stock to its chest, sells volatility, and launches the common equity out of a medieval trebuchet. In this video, I break down the actual math and risks behind Bitcoin versus Strategy... not the kindergarten version. This video is for educational and entertainment purposes only. It is neither financial advice nor permission to refinance your grandmother’s bungalow to buy weekly MSTR calls:

The frontier AI labs might spend billions discovering the next architectural frontier, enjoy a six-month lead, and then watch an open-weight competitor reverse-engineer the economic lesson and distribute it globally. The proprietary labs still lead but increasingly they are functioning as the extraordinarily expensive R&D department for an ecosystem that eventually absorbs their discoveries. Open source models are gaining ground incredibly quickly.

MSTR's CEBE mNAV is now 1.00x. Selling equity for cash/Bitcoin here is CEBE neutral. It'll be interesting to see where MSTR goes from here for the rest of this Bitcoin bear. Going beyond 1x mNAV when the bull market returns is not a necessity for outperforming Bitcoin... but that is an added potential bonus as an MSTR shareholder. If it takes a 50% Bitcoin price drop and a sustained time period of choppy sideways BTC price movement for the valuation to get to this level... I can handle the rest of the time pain no question. The company still has lots of optionality with the liquidity of MSTR and can survive any realistic Bitcoin bear market scenarios. Continuing to buy $MSTR to hold for 10+ years.

@AdamBLiv Wrap some fraud in the bill. All Democrats will overwhelmingly support it then.

🔥CLARITY ACT TEXT TO BE RELEASED TONIGHT DOES NOT HAVE DEMOCRAT SUPPORT🔥 Senate Republicans are releasing new crypto legislation that currently has zero Democratic support... which is inconvenient because they need 60 votes. The dispute is reportedly over ethics rules preventing government officials from owning crypto while regulating crypto. Incredible. America spent 15 years calling digital assets imaginary internet money. Now the bill governing the imaginary money may die because the ruling class cannot agree on which members of the ruling class should be allowed to personally profit from it. The industry wants regulatory clarity. Washington has responded by placing clarity in a windowless basement until Coinbase, the banks, the SEC, the CFTC, Trump, Elizabeth Warren and seven lobbyists representing a stablecoin nobody has heard of all receive an acceptable cut of the future. The bad news here is that institutional legitimacy means being chained to a radiator while Congress leaves for August vacation. Meanwhile, Bitcoin will produce another block. politico.com/live-updates/2…

@AdamBLiv More for me. Watching congress drop the ball. Watching Japan make their moves. Watching S. Korea make their move. Watching El Salvador, Ukraine citizens, endless companies through out the world, on and on and on……. More for me. I don’t understand. More for me.

It is extremely irritating when you point to Bitcoin's insane price performance over the last decade and a half and a moronic bear shows up and says "Past performance isn't indicative of future results lmao" Actually, past performance IS indicative of future results, but not determinative of them.... and the degree of indication depends on whether the causal conditions persist. Otherwise track records, backtests, credit scores, batting averages, résumés, and literally all empirical science would be meaningless. The causal conditions of money printing will persist. Bitcoin will continue monetization at a rapid pace.

You didn’t answer the question. How does acknowledging that people will save, borrow, invest, and form corporations under a Bitcoin standard delay hyperbitcoinization? Lightning and Ark should attract capital by generating attractive returns, not by declaring every Bitcoin treasury morally obligated to subsidize them.

@AdamBLiv My advice is to do a new episode on LQWD and B HODL instead of shitposting. Any legit Bitcoin treasury should be deploying capital into Lightning today, and eventually Ark. If they are not deploying on Lightning, they are useless and have a negative impact on Bitcoin.

The purists hate admitting that sound money does not cause investing, credit, corporations, and human ambition to vanish into the forest. People will save in Bitcoin. People will spend Bitcoin. People will borrow against Bitcoin. And, horrifyingly for the monetary Amish, people will use Bitcoin to invest in equities. I'm not going to live in the kindergarten fantasyland where every investor buys one asset forever, capital markets disappear, equities are outlawed, and civilization spends eternity trading sats for goat milk beside a wood-burning stove.

@AdamBLiv It's healthier for Bitcoin if it has many use cases. It's good to point out that Bitcoin is savings technology, but that's not the ONLY thing it is.

@chcbearsfan Ran the math on retiring half of STRK @ $0.61. Slightly less amplification for slightly more CEBE. I wouldn't hate it. I want the debt gone more than anything though :)

That is what makes the retirement trade so interesting. Neutral is half the trade. The other half is what the neutral leg can fund Issue common at 1x CEBE mNAV, per share neutral. Now route the proceeds to preferred trading at 61 cents on the dollar of liquidation preference and every dollar retires $1.64 of claim. The general condition is whenever the preferred's discount to its claim is deeper than the common's discount to its residual, the swap is accretive by contract. No BTC recovery required. Bonus for STRK is retiring also cancels a perpetual conversion option on the way out STRK and STRD sit 39-40% below face against common at parity. The condition is wide open. The authorization has been live three weeks with zero executed, and the stated priority is STRC, that has the shallowest discount, because par STRC reopens the ATM The series-by-series math and the breakeven surface below cebetracker.io/retirement

Bitcoin had its largest nominal 1-day price correction ever on February 5th, 2026. Bitcoin closed at $62,795 and rebounded to a close of $82,193 on May 10th. Yep, in a little over 3 months Bitcoin returned +30.89%. On February 5th, MSTR closed at $106.99. On May 11th, MSTR closed at $195.94 for a +83.14%. MSTR therefore delivered roughly 2.69× Bitcoin’s return during the rebound. A $10,000 investment became approximately $13,089 in Bitcoin versus $18,314 in MSTR. How long did it take Bitcoin X to forget that MSTR outperforms Bitcoin on the way up? About 2 weeks. Don't be an NPC when it comes to MSTR.
